Less Than Cake

Devastating.  After stomaching last night's events I've slowly come to terms with the loss.  It was inevitable right?  Change was needed.  This was about a new America.  But was it really necessary?  

The demise of Mother's Cookies, fabricators of the timeless classic cookie most notable for its delectable pink and white circus animal shape, is overwhelming.  Since 1916 Mother's Cookies has brought America the original Circus Animal but now the time when we could happily sit on our porch in a rocking chair wistfully sipping Mountain Dew whilst munching pink elephants is no more.  The rise of flour, sugar, and butter costs proved a worthy competitor to the profitability of the Circus Animal.  And that makes this blogger sad.  Very sad indeed.
