Less Than Cake

We ventured out to our 2nd Annual Friday Night Lights High School Football Showdown, known hereafter as FNLHSFS. Tonights ball game featured the Mighty Davis Darts....whooooo (in case you are wondering, that would be the sound made by a dart propelled through the air, should demand warrant I will make a video to demonstrate aforementioned sound - not sure what the Davis Dart would sound like in space though) versus the unheralded but spirited Falcons of Clearfield.

One would think a school of Davis' stature and size would romp past the Falcons. One would be wrong. The Falcons dominated most of the game, and ended up shutting out the Darts 12 - 0. This was a night of futility and embarrassment for the once proud high school, and many Davis alumni were seen exiting the scene with embarrassed faces disguised by brown paper bags.
