Less Than Cake

Macey is rapidly approaching four months old. In celebration and because we all know how she behaves at bedtime (like an angel), I thought everyone would like to see how the little vancakester behaves during the day.

Her latest trick is trying to eat her hand. Also, if there is a blanket or burp rag nearby, those too go in her mouth.

This is the look she gives everyone, including me. Well everyone except Adam....he usually gets a big smile.
She is obviously not thrilled by having her picture taken. No way was a smile to be had during this photo op. Also, this is the look she gives me when I let some one other than her dad or myself hold her. It's sort of cute in a sad sort of way.

Finally, if she is left to her own devices in her swing, this is the result. Today I put her in the swing and forgot her blanket and the next thing I knew, I had a little girl with her head on the tray (not comfy at all, but then again how is this position comfy anyway?). I quickly retrieved the blanket and she slept much better.
